A\u015fama ve 2019 \u2013 2021 aras\u0131 d\u00f6nemi kapsayan 2. A\u015fama Eylem Plan\u0131\u2019n\u0131n uygulama s\u00fcreleri dolmu\u015ftur. Roman Strateji Eylem Plan\u0131 her ne kadar Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor olsa da Romanlar\u0131n kamu hizmetlerine e\u015fit eri\u015fiminin sa\u011flanmas\u0131nda yerel y\u00f6netimler de \u00f6nemli bir rol oynamaktad\u0131r.
