Engelliler y\u00fcksek i\u015fsizlik oranlar\u0131, daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccret, istikrars\u0131zl\u0131k, i\u015fe al\u0131m ko\u015fullar\u0131nda daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck standartlar, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131n\u0131n eri\u015filebilir olmamas\u0131<br>ve kay\u0131tl\u0131 olarak istihdam edildiklerinde y\u00f6netici pozisyonlar\u0131na atanma olas\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n di\u011fer ki\u015filere g\u00f6re daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131 gibi durumlarla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalmaktad\u0131r ve engelli kad\u0131nlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan t\u00fcm bu say\u0131lanlar daha da k\u00f6t\u00fcd\u00fcr.
